Donna Briggs, SPHR
Principal

Ms. Briggs has over ten years experience in benefit design, implementation, and administration. She joined CEBS after serving as Director of Human Resources and Administration for an international not-for-profit organization. Ms. Briggs holds a Bachelor of Science in Business - Human Resource Management and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) . She is also a past president of the Hampton Roads Society for Human Resource Management. She is a licensed Life and Health agent in Virginia.

Shannon Glover
Principal

Mr. Glover came to CEBS from Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield where for nine years he served as a new group health sales representative in Newport News, VA. He is a certified health service manager and earned a Bachelors of Science at Norfolk State University in Interdisciplinary Studies. He is a licensed Life and Health insurance professional in Virginia and a member of the Virginia Association of Health Underwriters. Additionally, he serves the community as a member of the Churchland Rotary Club and a youth volunteer.

Sophia Edmonds
Account Executive

Ms. Edmonds joined the CEBS team in July 2008 bringing over ten years experience in employee benefits administration and implementation. She also brings an exceptional customer service background spanning over twenty-five years. Sophia’s outstanding customer service, professionalism, and expertise are a tremendous asset to the team. Sophia is a licensed Life and Health agent in Virginia.
