Donna Briggs, SPHR
Ms. Briggs has over eight years experience
in benefit design, implementation, and administration.
She joined CEBS after serving as Director of Human
Resources and Administration for an international not-for-profit
organization. Ms. Briggs is a certified Senior Professional
in Human Resources (SPHR) and is a member of the Society
for Human Resource Management and currently services
as President-elect on the Board of Directors for the
Hampton Roads Society for Human Resource Management.
She is a licensed Life and Health agent in Virginia
and North Carolina.

Shannon Glover
Mr. Glover came to CEBS from Anthem Blue Cross
Blue Shield where for nine years he served as a new
group health sales representative in Newport News,
VA. He is a certified health service manager and earned
a Bachelors of Science at Norfolk State University
in Interdisciplinary Studies. Mr. Glover is a licensed
Life and Health agent in the state of Virginia. |
